Ashley Suprik
I have been working with individuals with special needs for over 20 years as a classroom teacher, in-home program developer, and S2C practitioner. I earned my bachelors from Towson University and my master in special education from Johns Hopkins University. I also have an Advanced Professional Certificate, Maryland Teacher Certification Generic Special Education 1-8. I have continued my education by taking many classes on behavior management and applied behavior analysis.
Katie Will
I am a licensed social worker and sister of a minimally speaking autistic adult. I hold a Master's degree from University of Maryland Baltimore and have supported people with developmental disabilities throughout my fifteen year career. Social work involves advocating for people in need, with our most useful tool being: helping people help themselves. S2C gives autistic people the agency and autonomy to share their own wants, needs, feelings and desires.
Hayley Jacobs
As the older sister of an autistic individual, I have over 20 years of experience with people with special needs. In addition, I have worked with an in-home service provider for over 5 years, along with receiving my S2C practitioner certification. I graduated from Stevenson University with a degree in Business Communication. I'm looking forward to supporting spellers on their journeys in accessing their authentic thoughts.
Michelle Uzzo

I have been in the Special Education field of work for 11 years and have taught in both nonpublic and public school settings for 4 years. I am currently a family consultant for in-home programming and have been doing it for 5 years and I now add the role of S2C Practioner to provide S2C to nonspeaking, unreliability-speaking, and minimally speaking clients.
